Contents: | How to flash this FW 1. Select the appropriate FW for the controller 2. Boot to DOS 3. Type "mptuil -o -e714" to erase the original FW on the controller 4. Power cycle, and boot to DOS 5. Type "sasflash -f xxxx.rom" to flash the new FW 6. Power cycle, and boot to DOS 7. Type "mptutil -b yyyy.rom" to flash the option ROM 8. Power cycle, then you can use the new FW |
